Ingredients :
- 1 cup of ice
- 2 ounces vodka
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 ounce lime juice
- ½ cup ginger beer
- 1 piece of candied ginger for garnish (optional)
- 1 slice of pineapple for garnish (optional)
- 1 sprig of mint (optional)
Instructions:
Fill the Pineapple Moscow Mule mug with ice. Add vodka, pineapple and lime juice. Pour ginger beer over the top and gently stir. Garnish with candied ginger, pineapple and mint.
